UK VAT, Import Tax, and Duties:

  • UK/EU Orders: Prices include UK VAT (20%), which will be deducted at checkout.
  • Non-UK/EU Orders: You may be liable for import taxes and duties imposed by your country. Check with your local customs office for potential restrictions or charges. Aura Bespoke is not responsible for customs-related fees.
  • US Orders: To potentially avoid import fees, shipping directly to a church and providing the church’s Tax ID number may help. Contact us with your church details after placing your order so we can include them in the shipping documents.

Made-to-Order Garments and Textiles:

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: Not available for custom-made items.
  • Queries: For questions about style, size, fit, or fabric choice, please contact us.
