How to Measure

Take all measurements with a suitable tape measure

• Get someone else to take the measurements
• Check the measurements

 FRONT

1.Collar Size
Measure the bottom of your neck at the point where your collar would naturally sit. Make sure you can fit two fingers between your neck and the measuring tape to avoid opting for a shirt that's too tight.
2. Chest
Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, Well under arms. Ensure it's snug but not tight.
3. Waist
Measure your waist by wrapping a tape measure around the midpoint between your ribs and hips, just above your belly button. Ensure it's snug but not tight, exhale naturally, and note the measurement.

BACK

4. Height 
Remove shoes. Place a flat object, like a book, against a wall at a right angle and lower it until it touches your head. Mark the wall where the object touches your head, then measure the distance from the floor to the mark.
